IPREM team EPCP
The team of Polymer Physics and Chemistry EPCP is a component of the Multidisciplinary Research Institute for the Environment and Materials, joint research unit between CNRS and the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour (IPREM / PCSP - UMR CNRS 5254).
Research activities are focused on the development and characterization of polymeric materials using a multidisciplinary approach that lies at the interface of chemistry and physics. http://iprem-epcp.univ-pau.frhttp://iprem-epcp.univ-pau.fr
Pr Laurent BILLON is the co-director of the Physics & Chemistry of Polymers Team since 2010 and is responsible for coordinating the activities of Pau in the XYLOCHEM platform. He is Chairman of the South West Division and member of the Board of the French Association of Polymers GFP. These themes of current research concerns the synthesis of hybrid block copolymers, their self-assembly with solid-air or liquid-liquid interfaces (surfactant) but also the chemical modification of wood fiber for the development of Advanced Materials.
